On why it’s important to mind your business.

“When you consume other people’s issues, you look like their issues. Mind your business. Let people sometimes deal with their own situations. It’s ok to be there to listen and to support, but who says you have to jump in and get the bruise. Mind your business when it comes to certain things. I promise to God that you’ll look younger, you’ll feel better, and you’ll live a longer life.”

On what PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT means to her.

“First off, let me say this about your movement… it’s one of confidence. I feel like going to your event (twice, actually) it exudes so much confidence. Women don’t feel any type of way but are confident when they are walking in there… from the smallest to the biggest. That’s just all I feel when I’m around you and your organization. It’s just amazing. I have to give you kudos for that because that is what you’re giving women out there. You’re giving them the confidence to do whatever it is they need to do to stay in shape, to be a better person… to be Better moms, friends, lovers, whatever it may be, your organization gives that to people. If you didn’t know that, now you know.”
