Policy and Terms
By placing an order at PrettyGirlsSweat.com/shop, you are responsible for original shipping charges and the cost of return shipping back to Pretty Girls Sweat. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

All products are EXCHANGE only. Our products are carefully selected, but if there is a defect on the product you received or if it doesn’t fit, please email us at shop@prettygirlssweat.com and return in original package. We will be more than happy to exchange your product ASAP. Thank you!

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items that are in their original condition (unworn, unused, undamaged) within 30 days of receipt, and we will be happy to exchange it for you. Unfortunately, the original shipping costs can not be refunded and the customer is responsible for any shipping costs related to the returned items. We highly recommend returning the items via a trackable and insured shipping service like USPS, UPS, or FedEx to guarantee delivery. We are not responsible for packages shipped to us. Do not send any items back without us being notified. If you want to exchange any items, please contact us.

*Free shipping on exchange orders is eligible for orders shipped USPS priority mail within the United States, exchanges can be made within 30 days of receipt.
