The clothes you wear during a workout are pivotal. Not only can they give you the confidence and motivation you need to break a sweat, but they can also help you perform better. So if you’ve been wondering what to wear, fear not because we’ve got you covered! Cardio
When performing cardio exercises, it is best to wear form-fitting clothing that hugs the body to ensure that your gear will not catch the wind while you’re running or get caught on a machine at the gym. Also, consider pieces made from dri-fit or moisture-wicking fabrics, as these fabrics absorb sweat and keep you and your clothes dry!
Lifting and Strength Training
If you’re hitting the weight rack, opt for loose-fitting gear. Wearing too-tight clothing can restrict your functionality and prevent you from getting those gains! So, a cute warm-up suit or simple joggers and a tee would be ideal when strength training.
Yoga, Pilates, Barre
