PGSFEST2026 Celebrates 15 Years of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT With the Ultimate Sweat Sisterhood Homecoming
October 6, 2026 • By PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT
The milestone Atlanta celebration brought fitness, wellness, entertainment, entrepreneurship, and community together for an unforgettable day honoring 15 years of movement and impact.

Imagine walking into a room filled with hundreds of women ready to move, meet someone new, and have a really good time doing something good for themselves.
That was PGSFEST2026.
On September 19, nearly 600 women gathered at Garden City Events in Atlanta to celebrate the 15th anniversary of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT. For five hours, there was always something happening—and almost always a reason to join in. Women jumped into workouts they had never tried before, took a breath during restorative wellness sessions, discovered new brands, got health screenings, recovered with massages and cold plunges, listened to honest conversations about women’s health and entrepreneurship, danced to two DJs, watched a live performance, and made new connections along the way.
And behind nearly every part of the experience were women making it happen. From the volunteers welcoming guests to the instructors leading workouts, entrepreneurs sharing their businesses, speakers sharing their expertise, and the DJs and hosts keeping the energy going, PGSFEST2026 was created by women, powered by women, and designed to celebrate women.
Some came with friends. Others walked in alone. By the end of the day, they were all part of the same experience.

And judging by how little anyone wanted to sit down, everyone understood the assignment.
The royal blue and gold filling the venue wasn’t just for the photos. Each year, PGSFEST takes its colors from the reigning NCAA Division I women’s basketball champion, and UCLA’s 2026 championship inspired this year’s look.

But behind all the fun was a milestone 15 years in the making.
PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT began in New York City in September 2011 with a mission to make fitness fun and get more girls active. From the very first event, young women worked out alongside mentors who encouraged them to prioritize their health, creating an environment where different generations could motivate one another through movement. As that community grew, so did the mission—expanding beyond high school and college-aged women to welcome women of all ages and stages of life. The movement eventually found a new home in Atlanta, where PGSFEST launched in 2017 as a place to bring that growing community together.
Today, that same spirit of mentorship and connection remains at the heart of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT. What began with girls and their mentors moving side by side has grown into a multigenerational Sweat Sisterhood, bringing fitness, wellness, friendship, entrepreneurship, mentorship, and giving back together in one community.

“Seeing a sea of women pour in for our 15th anniversary was overwhelming in the best way,” said Aeshia DeVore Branch, Founder and CEO of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT. “After 15 years, women are still excited to be part of what we’re building, and this is still only the beginning.”

15 Years of Making Fitness Fun
Movement has always been at the heart of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT, and PGSFEST2026 delivered a lineup designed to remind guests that there is no single way to get active.

The festival’s biggest workouts took place on The Court, PGSFEST’s main stage and central gathering space. Throughout the day, it came alive with The Flex Effect with Egypt Taylor, POUND Rockout Workout with KaToya Sumner, Trap Mat with Deja Lewis, Oh My Glutes! with Mecca Day, and MIXXEDFIT with Renate Simpson-Trussell.

Between the main workouts, Xtreme Bounce Conditioning pop-ups kept the movement going with mini-rebounder classes throughout the festival. Guests could jump into a class, try something new, and then head off to explore everything else happening throughout the venue.

One of the day’s biggest surprises—and a PGSFEST first—came during Mecca Day’s Oh My Glutes! workout, when recording artist Toya Love performed live while the crowd kept moving. The unexpected combination of fitness and live entertainment turned the class into one of the day’s standout moments.

Mecca closed her workout by bringing PGS100STRONG onto The Court. The group of women was brought together by PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT to use their voices and social platforms to inspire more women to get active and make their health a priority. Throughout PGSFEST2026, they did exactly that—joining the workouts, experiencing the festival, and capturing content that gave their communities a firsthand look at the day.
And they weren’t the only ones sharing. By the end of the festival, social media was filled with photos, workout clips, and day-in-the-life recaps from attendees, instructors, partners, and creators. The content gave people who couldn’t be there a glimpse inside PGSFEST2026—and plenty of reasons not to miss the next one.
Introducing PGS University
One of PGSFEST2026’s biggest additions, PGS University, invited women to start the day differently.
PGS University debuted as a dedicated space for restoration, learning, networking, and connection—expanding the festival’s definition of prioritizing wellness.

Before the high-energy celebration took over The Court, guests could ease into the experience with Sound + Stillness led by Oyah Kheperu, The Full Body Exhale with Casey-Michelle Budd, and Magic Movement with Safia Khan.
The programming gave women permission to slow down before speeding up, creating space for sound, breathwork, yoga-inspired movement, and self-reflection.

As the day progressed, PGS University evolved into a place for networking, speed mentoring, and conversation.
With entrepreneurs, content creators, influencers, wellness professionals, and business leaders gathered under one roof, attendees could connect with women they might otherwise only encounter online, ask questions, exchange contact information, and build relationships beyond the festival.
The new experience reflected an important evolution for PGSFEST. Wellness can mean sweating through a challenging workout, but it can also mean taking a breath, expanding your knowledge, building your network, finding a mentor, or creating space to simply be still.
Honoring Women Who Make Wellness Their Own
A 15-year celebration also created an opportunity to recognize women who embody the spirit of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT.

During the SWEATlebrity™️ Awards Show, PGS honored women using their platforms, careers, and personal wellness journeys to inspire others to make health a priority, including Deja Riley Izydorczyk, Jay Ell Alexander, Jazmen Walker, Kaylee “Juice Princess” Smith, and Tanya Sam.

The celebration included another special moment when Michelle Clark, co-founder of Double Dutch Aerobics, received a surprise SWEATlebrity™️ recognition.
Pregnant with her fourth child at the time of PGSFEST2026, Clark represented an important message that PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT has championed throughout its history: wellness doesn’t have one look, one body, one workout, or one season of life.
Investing in the Next Generation
That commitment to wellness across generations continued through SWEAT MAKES CENTS, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit affiliated with PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT. Its Health Leadership Program empowers college students to promote healthier lifestyles on their campuses, with more than 30 chapters established to date.
Three chapters were represented at PGSFEST2026: Georgia State University, which is celebrating 10 years of Sweat Sisterhood on campus; the University of West Georgia, the program’s newest chapter in Georgia; and Kennesaw State University, represented by a student health leader.

Together, the student health leaders joined PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Founder Aeshia DeVore Branch to lead the SWEAT MAKES CENTS 100 Jumping Jack Challenge, inviting the crowd to complete 100 jumping jacks while raising support for a local Atlanta organization dedicated to getting girls active. The challenge was set to Keri Hilson’s “Pretty Girl Rock”—a fitting tradition, as Hilson was the first SWEATlebrity™️ to support PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT when the movement began 15 years ago. The moment brought two longtime PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT values together: get fit and give back.
That commitment extended beyond the stage. Girls on the Run joined PGSFEST2026 as a nonprofit beneficiary, receiving complimentary vendor space to introduce more attendees to its programs and mission to inspire girls to be active, confident, and healthy.
The next generation took the stage, too, as Xtreme Girls brought their energy to PGSFEST2026 with a full cheer performance in front of hundreds of women cheering them on.
Taking Wellness Beyond the Workout
PGSFEST2026 also made room to exercise ideas.
Two panel conversations brought leaders in wellness, entrepreneurship, and health to The Court to share their experiences and expertise with the women in attendance.

PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Founder and CEO Aeshia DeVore Branch moderated Building a Business in Wellness, featuring natural hair care entrepreneur Taliah Waajid, media personality and entrepreneur Tai Beauchamp, fitness entrepreneur Mecca Day, wellness advocate and former music executive Angelique Miles, and fitness entrepreneur and creator Keaira LaShae.
Later, entrepreneur, author, and content creator Mattie James moderated The Future of Women’s Health & Wellness, featuring family medicine physician Dr. Barbara Joy Jones, Double Dutch Aerobics co-founder Michelle Clark, and Pilates coach and entrepreneur Coach Zha.
Together, the conversations explored both sides of a rapidly evolving wellness industry: the women building businesses within it and the leaders helping shape what women’s health and wellness can look like next.
For aspiring entrepreneurs, established business owners, creators, and women simply interested in becoming stronger advocates for their own health, the conversations offered something you couldn’t measure in reps or steps: access.
Around Every Corner, Something to Discover
There was no shortage of reasons to keep exploring PGSFEST2026. Beyond the workouts and conversations, PGSFEST partners created opportunities to recover, refresh, shop, eat, take photos, try something new, and connect throughout the day.

That support showed up throughout the festival. New Balance outfitted PGSFEST talent in footwear, skirts, and socks, putting its products directly into the movement and energy of the day.

For anyone ready to slow things down, recovery and wellness were just steps away. The Union Fit Hub offered cold plunges and massages, Under Pressure PR provided stretching services, and Wellness with Dr. Avery brought onsite health screenings, giving guests opportunities to care for their bodies in ways that went beyond breaking a sweat.

The Honey Pot brought personal care into one of the most unexpected spaces at PGSFEST: the restrooms. The brand transformed the space with a ’90s club-inspired experience, complete with a bathroom attendant stocked with essentials Sweat Sisters might need throughout the day, from hair ties and bobby pins to deodorant, wipes, pads, and tampons. Mirrors became another place for connection, with women leaving motivational messages for one another on Post-it notes throughout the day. The thoughtful activation gave guests a place to freshen up, encourage a fellow Sweat Sister, and feel confident before heading back into the festival. Honey Pot products were also included in gift bags for PGSFEST talent.

Beauty and self-care were part of the experience, too. Taliah Waajid and Uncle Jimmy connected hair and wellness through treatments and products, while The Tooth Jeweler offered tooth gems for guests looking to add a little sparkle. PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT joined in with an activation of its own, giving guests temporary PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT tattoos while they shopped the brand’s latest apparel and accessories. Businesses including Vie Beauty, MA929 and Just Jai Wear gave attendees even more to discover and shop throughout the day. [Shop the latest PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT collection →]

One of the festival’s most memorable experiences brought Sweat Sisterhood to life through flowers. Bloom House created a full floral activation where guests could select a flower, write a note to a fellow Sweat Sister, and gift it to someone else—a simple gesture that encouraged connection throughout the day. As part of the activation, Eleven 27 captured professional-quality images through its state-of-the-art digital photo booth, where guests could choose from custom PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT or Bloom House filters and have polished images and GIFs sent directly to their phones to post on social media or share with family and friends.

VIP guests had even more to explore. Global Golf Society brought mini golf into the suite, J. Schaffer Luxury Wines hosted wine tastings, and Mocktail Club offered refreshing non-alcoholic cocktails for guests looking for an alcohol-free option. Massages rounded out the experience, creating another opportunity to relax and recharge before heading back into the festival.
Food and drinks became part of the discovery, too, and guests didn’t just browse. Juicy Dreamz sold out of its fresh juices, while Mai Acai served everything it brought to the festival. Kinfolk Matcha created custom PGSFEST cups while using its presence to support the ongoing Nolan Wells case, Pristein Protein invited guests to sample and shop its protein products, and Smooth & Groove kept attendees fueled with savory sandwiches and smoothies.
By the end of the day, the products, services, and experiences throughout PGSFEST had become part of how guests experienced the festival—what they tried, what they purchased, what they photographed, what they talked about, and what they shared with their own communities.

Confidence Took Center Stage
After sweating, learning, shopping, and connecting, it was time for attendees to have their own moment in the spotlight.

The Confidence Catwalk invited Sweat Sisters onto The Court to walk, dance, pose, and celebrate themselves while the crowd cheered them on. There were no judges and no competition—just an opportunity to show up confidently, have fun, and own the moment.

That energy carried throughout the entire festival. Hosts Ms. Basketball and Lauren Simpson kept the day moving, while DJ Amber Alert and DJ XO provided the soundtrack that kept the celebration going from beginning to end.
Whether guests came to discover a new workout, learn something about their health, connect with someone new, support a business or simply spend the day with their Sweat Sisters, PGSFEST2026 gave them plenty of reasons to stay, participate and keep coming back for what was next.
PGSFEST Took Over the Timeline
Some of the best views of PGSFEST2026 didn’t come from a traditional media outlet.
They came from the women who were there.
Throughout the day, attendees, instructors, talent, partners, vendors, and members of PGS100STRONG captured the festival from their own perspectives, sharing workouts, outfits, activations, new connections, and behind-the-scenes moments with their communities.
Together, those posts created a real-time look at the Ultimate Sweat Sisterhood Homecoming through the eyes of the people experiencing it.
“There’s something so empowering about being surrounded by women who genuinely enjoy fitness, taking care of themselves, pushing themselves AND building community just as much as I do. We came from different walks of life, different fitness levels, different journeys, but for those few hours, we were all there pouring into ourselves and each other.” – @a.lizzylook
15 Years In, We’re Just Getting Started
PGSFEST2026 celebrated how far PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT has come, but it also offered a glimpse at where the brand is going next.
For 15 years, PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT has built trust by listening to women, creating content that speaks to them, and bringing them together through fitness, wellness, and shared experiences. That community has always been one of the brand’s greatest strengths—but it was never the finish line.
PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT is a health and wellness brand and media company, and its next chapter is focused on turning what it has learned from women into solutions that better support how they live, move, and prioritize their health. That means continuing to create meaningful content and experiences while expanding into products designed around needs identified within the community itself.
“Building this community first has allowed us to listen before deciding what women need,” said Aeshia DeVore Branch, Founder and CEO of PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT. “Now we’re in a position to take everything we’ve learned over the past 15 years and create solutions that can support women well beyond an event or workout.”
The mission that started in 2011 hasn’t changed. Make fitness fun. Make health a priority. Make it easier for women to do both. What comes next is about finding even more ways to deliver on that promise.
See You Next Year!
As Sweat Sisters exited the venue glowing and already talking about what’s next, one thing was certain: PGSFEST will be back.
