Water, agua, h20, no matter what you call it, we all know the importance of it! Water is the most fundamental part of our bodies and lives, so it’s safe to say that we need plenty of it. Experts suggest you consume half of your body weight in water daily for proper hydration—whoa! So what’s a gal to do?

Fruits and vegetables are the keys to hydration, as they are the food groups that contain the highest water content. The fruits and vegetables listed below are between 85-97% water.
