When abs and back muscles are weak, it can cause all kinds of trouble: bad posture, back pain, and even spinal injury. So, with that in mind, put on your favorite song and get this party started!
Increase your energy and confidence by adding each day of this challenge to your smartphone. Set yourself up for success by selecting a specific time of day that you can complete the challenge with zero excuses. Life sometimes gets in the way, but if you plan, you’ll crush your goals.
Now it’s time to be real with yourself. Why are you doing this? Is it to get in shape purely for vanity? Everybody wants fab abs, but is that enough to motivate you when the challenges and distractions of modern life start to pile up? Find a deeper reason so you can stick with your training.
