XTREME CYCLE: WCW Fitness Fundraiser Launch

SWEAT MAKES CENTS! PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT teamed with Total Fitness Revolution and Aquafina on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 to launch a #WCW Fitness Fundraiser series to raise money and awareness for childhood obesity. 40 Atlanta tastemakers and female executives, including music industry veteran Phillana Williams, model/athlete Christina "Ms. Basketball" Granville, and Heat Xtreme trainer Lauren Smith joined the #SweatSisterhood to GET FIT + GIVE BACK by participating in a high-energy Xtreme Cycle class where hip-hop hits served as the soundtrack for the fun sweat show. Proceeds from this series, which will take place every first Wednesday of select months in 2017, will benefit the Teen Diaries Foundation's and the Total Fitness Revolution Foundation’s fitness programs for disadvantaged youth.

Teen reporter Elon Graves greeted guests with a warm smile and a super soft PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT tank. 

Cast members of BET'S new show "The Quad" (Erica Michelle, Jazz Raycole, Michelle DeFraites, and Zoe Renee) were eager to participate in the music video charity ride, led by Derry “Silverfox” Stapleton and Total Fitness Revolution co-owner Lauren Powers. FOUNDER | Aeshia is living her dream. The social entrepreneur unites and empowers girls to be health leaders in their communities. The child obesity epidemic along with the void of entertaining yet positive fitness content and events for young women (ages 13-22) led to the conception and rapid growth of her passionate venture. Before creating Pretty Girls Sweat, Aeshia worked in the TV industry for over 9 years - working her way up from an intern at ABC to a producer on Sundance Channel's celebrated, primetime series ICONOCLASTS. The former high school athlete (track, volleyball, and basketball) and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was also a model for Wilhelmina in New York City. In her free time, the wife and mother of three girls enjoys reading inspirational books, listening to music, eating great food with friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
