Your pre-workout diet should consist of healthy carbohydrates or fruits and veggies that will give you the energy needed to tackle whatever fitness routine you have scheduled for the day.

1. 1/2 cup grapes with 1 stick low-fat string cheese
Grapes contain powerful antioxidants and have many health-boosting properties believed to protect against cancer, diabetes, and other illnesses. String cheese serves as a great source of calcium, protein, and vitamin D.
2. 1 slice whole wheat toast and 2 scrambled egg whites
