We caught up with Miami-born, Houston-based nurse and fitness enthusiast @belledamefit, whose strength training glow-up started with a swimsuit epiphany and evolved into a life of sweat, discipline, and self-love.

A 32-year-old Registered Nurse and Clinical Documentation Specialist originally from Miami and now living in Houston, Noreen knows firsthand how demanding careers in healthcare can leave little room for self-care. But during a moment of reflection—while preparing for a birthday photoshoot—she saw herself in a bathing suit and didn’t like the woman staring back in the mirror.
That was her turning point. She knew she had let herself slip too far and decided it was time to take back control—one rep, one meal prep, and one gym session at a time.
After sharing her photos and tagging @prettygirlssweat, Sweat Sisters across the country voted her as our winner, inspired by her transformation and dedication.
Now, Noreen is opening up about how she built her dream body, what keeps her motivated, and the goals she’s crushing both in and out of the gym.

Tell us how your winning photo came about.
I wanted to do a fitness-inspired photoshoot for my birthday! It felt like the perfect way to celebrate how far I’ve come.
Please briefly share your fitness journey with us.
One day I looked at myself in a swimsuit and just wasn’t happy. That was my turning point. I started strength training, got serious about nutrition, and once I saw results—there was no going back. The process became something I genuinely love. Now, I’m all in.
We believe fitness + friendship = FUN! What’s your favorite group workout?
Strength and conditioning—or bootcamps. They push me and keep it fun.
Go-to pre-workout snack? How do you refuel?
Before a workout: toast with almond butter and dates.
After a workout: ground turkey, sweet potatoes, and spinach. That combo always hits.
What’s one item you never forget in your gym bag?
Hair ties (a must!) and a towel to wipe the sweat off.
Who are your top 3 fitness follows on IG?
@cranonnn, @6ourt, and @libbychristensen. They all keep me motivated in different ways.
What’s something people would be surprised to learn about you?
I used to hate eggs growing up! But once I learned about their protein benefits, I gave them another shot. Now I eat them almost every day.
What are your top 3 life goals?
