Last week (Thursday, April 13th), we had a yoga instructor teach a class, instead of going to the gym for our usual workout. It was a nice change to slow things down rather than doing an intense, fast-paced workout. With final projects and exams coming up, it was much needed!! and it helped lower my stress.
