At my school's rec center they offer a variety of classes every week. As someone who really only enjoys group fitness, I decided that I would go to different classes every week this semester and mix up my usual fitness routine. I typically stick to cycling but this week I tried Barre, Zumba, and an Ab Blast class. I definitely broke a sweat, but after every workout class, I felt energized and felt proud of myself for sticking to my resolution of working out more. working out is part of my morning routine now and I love it. I can't wait to try some of the other classes that my gym has to offer.
