Sometimes I forget that there's a built-in health app on my phone. It's honestly a great tool for tracking your progress when it comes to fitness. And you never realize how. many steps you take in one day so the Health app is great for breaking down these numbers. Some days I may take over 13,000 steps (as you can see in the photo) and some days this number might be lower, but I'm always impressed when I see how much walking I've done in one day. It's so easy to eat badly on campus when you're essentially limited to the dining hall, but I do find it encouraging that I get a decent amount of exercise in by walking around campus. It helps me burn calories! Overall, the Health app is my obsession lol. If you have an iPhone, you should definitely incorporate checking it into your regular routine.
