"they say you die twice. One time when you stop breathing and a second time, a bit later on, when somebody says your name for the last time.” My health conscious monday begin with this quote in one of my classes. The discussion was based on the interpretation of a meaningful life. It branched on to the things we take for granted while living. One of these important things is physical and mental health. Often, people neglect their mental health, which can lead to what some may call a meaningless life. In actuality meaning is earned not given in life.
