This morning I work up and 10AM and decided to go to the gym before class and get in a quick workout before my day started. I went to the gym and spent 10mins on the treadmill so I would at least get 1 mile of running in. Although it was not a long workout, it still got me moving early in the morning and started my day off well. When I returned back home, I made myself a filling breakfast of turkey bacon, egg whites & cheddar cheese on a whole wheat bagel thin. For lunch, I came home and made myself a smoothie with mangoes, pineapples, papayas, grapes and flax seeds inside. And for dinner I made myself pasta with shrimp. My snack throughout the day were clementines and a granola bar. I had 4 glasses of water throughout my day. My goal for tomorrow is to drink more classes of water, so I can reach my ultimate goal of at least 8 glasses a day.
