This morning I started my day off with an hour of Vinyasa Yoga. I followed my workout routine with a simple breakfast that consisted of whole wheat toast, turkey bacon and some scrambled eggs. Throughout the day I had about five bottles of water to keep myself hydrated and snacked on a few grapes here and there. For lunch I had a veggie burger with some homemade sweet potatoes fries. To end my day I had baked salmon with some jasmine rice for dinner.
