After pigging out on Thanksgiving food and fast food during the break, I felt like my body was weighed down by all the food I was consuming. From pork to mac and cheese, I enjoyed so many delicious meals but I know it's time to eat healthier. I've made a conscious effort this week to drink more water and am looking into juice cleanses. I want to cleanse my system out going into the new year. I just need to find healthy juices that don't taste absolutely disgusting lol.
