Yoga in the morning
I was never goal-oriented up until this year. I suddenly wanted certain things to change in my life and I found it to be more effective when I set goals and deadlines for myself. Along with setting a few goals for myself this year, I have become a positive thinker and constantly try to look at the silver lining of every situation. I love it so far!
