This wasn't your typical workout- but probably requires the most endurance over any other "workout" I do. I feel like you can be super prepared for a show physically, but when it comes to the actual show, you're always out of breath. The adrenaline makes you so pumped and excited, so the dance moves are ALL out. I had a great show and feel like I've grown so much from the last time, which is very important to me. I definitely treated myself to Thai food afterward... and I regret nothing! I'm so excited to travel around this summer performing with my dancers.
