Birthday (AYE), and studio to work on a new song! Then I'm going to dinner w/ Bae.
This run felt so good! I had gotten 5 stitches in my leg on Monday after falling during a workout class (I'm clumsy). So today was the first day the doctor told me I could do "strenuous" exercise. I took full advantage of this weather and made my best friend do 4 miles with me! It felt so easy because of how well-rested my body is from taking a few days off. I'm so happy to be back at it. When you get hurt for a bit, It truly makes you realize how lucky you are to have health and the ability to walk on a daily basis. I'm feeling very grateful for that these days.
