This run was so refreshing. I missed this beautiful weather!! I wasn't the only one with the same idea- there were tons of people out today. The longer days and mild weather is giving me a whole new energy and filling me with inspiration. There's something about springtime that says "new beginnings." Tomorrow I'm back to boxing, so for today- a nice long run will do! Happy Sunday.
