My passion for fitness only increases as time passes. I've noticed myself get stronger and I pick up heavier weights during my workouts, however, I've also noticed I'm not getting the "gains" or muscle that I want. I know the solution to my dilemma is my nutrition. Without keeping in mind target macros and nutrients I'm not making the goals I've set for myself, which is mainly due to how busy my schedule is with school, work, and extra activities. Some days I'm so busy that I go hours without eating until I'm able to get home and eat a wholesome meal. I would really like to change that. My goal is to make time to cook and prepare my meals for the day so that I won't have to go hours without eating or have to resort to buying fast food/junk food. Let's see how this goes!
