My Sweat Journey In College So Far

So, I've been in college for nearly three months and it's been quite a period of adjustment. Getting used to living on my own and adapting to the rigors of college are two of the main aspects that have been different for me. One thing that I really appreciate about college so far though is that it has made me more conscious about what I eat and the importance of staying fit. Dining hall food is not necessarily the healthiest and my body can easily feel weighed down by the greasy fatty foods. I make it a point to add veggies to my plate as much as possible and drink water. Additionally, I've participated in a few PGS workouts on campus and have even attended some of the fitness classes at the rec center. I'm still a work in progress when it comes to my health journey but I think as time goes on being in college will help me develop better nutrition/fitness habits.
