I have watched Blogilates creator, Cassey Ho's, content for years, and I am never left disappointed (and can definitely feel the burn). If you are ever searching for workout demonstrations, her YouTube channel is definitely a must-watch. In January, Cassey posted a daily video in honor of her 30-day ab challenge. I definitely worked up a sweat while following this challenge each day. I want to continue working on my core, within the next couple of months.
