I usually run 2 miles with my mom when it's warm outside, but it was too cold to do that today. We stayed inside and it was nice spending time with my mom, while having fun working out together. My mom and I got up early and started the morning off right with a 10 minute warm up on the treadmill. Time flew by and about an hour later, we finished our full body workout. During the workout, we only took short breaks. We did not stop when we were exhausted, we stopped when we were done with the workout. We try to push ourselves to our limits (without overdoing it and straining our muscles) to see what we are capable of. It was definitely a successful and rewarding day!
