Journal entry: 
On Wednesday, September 19, my teammate/friend and I woke up early before school and worked out in the gym. We haven't played basketball in a while, so we both weren't expecting that much from each other; however, as the workout went on, we adjusted. We spent about 20 minutes working on ball handling and the rest of the time was dedicated to shooting. I was (and still am) out of shape, so I wasn't able to work out to the best of my ability, which was frustrating, but next Wednesday I will push through the fatigue, and join my school's after-school workouts.
