This year is proving to be busier than expected. There's so much to do. Pretty Girls Sweat reminds me that with everything going on, my health, whether it is emotional, mental or physical, comes first. With this knowledge, as an ambassador, I have to be reminded that a fellow female on my campus could have the same feelings. This is why it is important for campus ambassadors to program and create that sweat sisterhood bond. I will be a better ambassador along with my team and we will lead our campus into fitness and fun!
