I'm feeling confident today. Recently, I've gained a few pounds and I'm loving how it looks on me. I've been eating very healthy and working out each day, so I feel that I'm getting stronger and gaining muscle. I think too often, we look down on added some pounds to our body. However, it's not always a bad thing! I challenge you to shift your focus from the number on the scale to how you feel. I'm feeling happy these days!
