So, a lot of my Christmas gifts this year revolved around fitness. I got an Apple Watch that is equipped with a lot of health features. We got a high tech scale for the bathroom and my brother got a set of weights to create a little at-home gym in his room. I think this is really setting the tone for the things we want to focus on in the new year: health, nutrition, and fitness. We’ve already come up with a plan to meal prep during the week and work out way more. Health is wealth, so I’m definitely going to be way more conscious of what I’m eating and how often I workout.
