Life. I've been doing some fun things and focusing on my career.
Studio session all day, school work, and workouts!
As I've mentioned... I'm seriously focusing on building up my core strength! While I didn't get a chance (in my sweaty mess) to take a photo, I stole a snap from the PGS 6 Core Exercises workout that I created, and I completed it! MAN was it hard. This is my second time doing it, so I increased the reps a little bit. I feel like it's a great balance between each set of core muscles! I just joined a new gym, and I think some people think I'm crazy with how hard I'm going- lol! Nonetheless, I feel good, and I'm ready to take on the week.
