This class kicking my butt! I've been doing it 3X a week for about 3 weeks now, and it's becoming much easier! The first class, I literally almost fainted because it was so difficult. Now? I'm killing it! I can tell my endurance has improved a lot, and it's making my other workouts in the gym much easier as well. Plus, he does a lot of abs and since I did a lot of abs in February, I'm noticing more definition! I really enjoy boxing and feel like it's a good stress reliever for me as well as cardio workout.
