Today was a productive day, but I wish I could get more sleep throughout the week. I am just more productive at night, so it easier to stay up and do work. I hope to work on this through out the week. My workout was amazing today. I hit the gym with my friend and we worked our glutes and legs today. I am testing a theory to see if my glutes can become more toned and grow a bit if I utilize weights and targeted exercises. I used the leg press, hip abductor/adductor machine, and Smith Machine to work this muscle group. I also hit the mat and did bridges, donkey kicks, and fire hydrants. I feel very determined and I am already feeling the burn in my legs and glutes.
