Journal entry: 
Today was a very relaxing practice because we had a game the previous day. Normally on days after games, we shoot the whole practice because we don't want to put too much stress on our legs. We spent the day doing shooting drills. The first one was just sliding back and forth on the blocks in the paint. Then after each turn we moved back until we reached the elbow (the corner on the free throw line). We added more moves to our drills. For instance, I faked one way, swept the ball under my knees, took one dribble, and then shot it. It was very repetitive, but muscle memory is all apart of basketball. The worst thing about Wednesday practices is that they're only an hour, so we don't get that much work in as we wanted to. However, luckily we have tomorrow to do what we need to do for Friday's game.
