For some strange reason, I've been loving these morning runs. I feel like its such a great way to wake up and energize your body! Obviously, you're tired the first half of the run. But when the sun starts to rise and gives you this beautiful photo... you feel like you can take on anything in the day. Plus, cardio is over so you don't have to dread it later on when you're tired from work and just want to relax!
