Smoothies are a great way to get your morning energy boost! Packed with many great nutrients, strawberry and banana smoothies are one of my favorite go-to breakfast drinks. Sure to leave you filled and ready to take on the day, here is a quick and easy recipe to get you going:
What You’ll Need
- 2 cups of fresh chopped strawberries
- 1 chopped banana
- 2 cups of crushed ice
- ½ a cup of Greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cup of almond milk
What To Do
- Place banana, strawberries, and yogurt into blender. Blend until smooth consistency.
- Add almond milk and ice. Blend until ice is well blended
- Pour into glass and enjoy!
*If you’re always on the go and don’t have time to prepare breakfast, make your smoothies the night before and place them into mason jars for a grab-and-go meal.
