Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach
Breakfast: Strawberry, Banana and Spinach Smoothie with Pineapple Juice
Lunch: Veggie Sandwich with Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion on Whole Wheat Bread
