Tips to Eat Healthy On a $50 Grocery Budget for a Week

Breakfast: Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bread
Lunch: Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Rice Bowl
Dinner: Chicken Tacos with Lettuce, Tomato and Cilantro

A $50 dollar budget is not looking too bad after all!  



Breakfast: Veggie Omelet with Onions, Tomato, Cilantro and Avocado
Lunch: Broccoli Pasta
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Spinach

Make the most of all your ingredients. Reuse your broccoli by adding into your pasta for a quick and easy meal that is also nutritious!



Breakfast: Strawberry, Banana and Spinach Smoothie with Pineapple Juice
Lunch: Veggie Sandwich with Avocado, Lettuce, Tomato and Onion on Whole Wheat Bread
Dinner: Penne Vodka with Sauteed Spinach
Now it is time for a different kind of pasta! I know penne vodka is my favorite!  



Breakfast: Omelette with Pepper, Onion, Spinach and Mushrooms
Lunch: Chicken Spinach Salad with Avocado
Dinner: Beef Tacos with Lettuce, Tomato and Cilantro

Omelette again, but don’t worry. For dinner, we have a new meal! Beef tacos!  



Breakfast: Smashed Avocado Toast with Eggs on Whole Wheat Bread with Fresh Strawberries
Lunch: Tomato and Spinach Sandwich
Dinner: Broccoli pasta

There's no better duo than avocado and toast!



Breakfast: Strawberry, Banana and Spinach Smoothie with Pineapple Juice
Lunch: Chicken Spinach Salad with Avocado
Dinner: Penne Vodka with Roasted Broccoli

Mmmm, some more delicious penne vodka!  



Leftover Day 

At the end of the week you should have a decent amount of food left over! Pick and choose which meals you would like to eat or cook again!
