A Simple Stuffed Shells Recipe You Can Make With Bae on Date Night


Stuffed shells are one of our favorite Italian meals! They take a bit of time to prepare, which makes them the perfect date night activity, but require very few ingredients and can be made by chefs at any skill level. Also, this dish is vegetarian-friendly! 


1 box shells
2 eggs
4 cups ricotta cheese
8 oz Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbs parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce


Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool. Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, stir together eggs, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Fill each shell with about 2 tablespoons cheese filling. Spread a thin layer of sauce on bottom of a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Place filled shells in prepared baking dish; cover with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese, if desired. Cover with foil. Bake 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 8-10
