  • 2 whole lemons
  • 1 cup of water
  • 12 ounces of pasta
  • Salt, to taste
  • Parsley, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Begin this recipe by boiling a healthy serving of your favorite pasta. While thats cooking, begin to zest the lemon and squeeze as much lemon juice from it as possible. Once complete, pour the sauce over the cooked pasta, and granish with parsley and pepper to taste!

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice
