Private Dinner Anyone? This Yogi is Giving Wellness Enthusiasts a Seat at the Table

Category:

When it comes to favorite girls night out activities, breaking bread with an inspiring group of women leaders is right up there on the top of my list. Somehow, the meaningful conversation and positive vibes just makes food taste better, which is why I was pretty excited to be invited to the launch of Jaimee Ratliff's @warriorsinwellness dinner series in Atlanta, GA. Last night was such a success. The celebrated yogi curates the most meaningful Hip Hop yoga classes for hundreds of women at a time so she didn't miss a beat with this intimate experience of bringing wellness enthusiasts together to connect over a magnificent meal.

The theme, *FALLING INWARD*, was the perfect choice as this time of year invites us to get still, turn inwards and take care of ourselves a bit more. "The colors selected for the tablescape were very intentional," says Jaimee. "Deep notes of purple represent introspection, imagination and expanding our unconscious. Green symbolizes emotional positivity and the ability to love ourselves, while white exudes peace, calmness, comfort and tranquility: all key ingredients necessary for going within."

The warriors of the evening were a group of phenomenal women:

@colorme_nayy (co-founder of @seviinyoga and child & family therapist)

@neichelleg (dean of @spelmansisterschapel and host of @modernfaithpod)

@stef_juju (founder and ceo of @activvely and @startupsisters.usa)

@marisamoore (registered dietitian nutritionist & recipe developer)

@talliadeljou (positive psychology expert/coach, and host of @forbes featured podcast, “sincerely me”).

and I, @aeshiadevorebranch (founder and ceo of @prettygirlssweat). The amazing chef for the evening was @ilenerouamvongsor.

She prepared and plated the perfect autumn inspired 3-course meal using the freshest ingredients sourced from local farmers like @beechcreekorchards@mayflorfarms and @gratefulpastures. High five to  @theprissyplatecompany for providing the most beautiful tablescape, Melissa Anderson for creating the elegant floral arrangements, and @simonereneephoto for capturing the first of many dinners to come. This is just the beginning!
