The PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Show: Episode 15 with Actress, Singer, & Personal Trainer Paytra Gessler on Taking Risks & Becoming a Rising Star

ICYMI: The PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT Show is back with another episode!

Our latest special guest is one of the amazingly talented members of the PGS Dream Team, Paytra Gessler. You may have read a few (if not all) of her motivating and educational fitness articles on the site. But on top of being a great writer and double-certified personal trainer, Paytra is also an actress and singer. #Goals.

At age 16, the Bedford, Michigan native moved to Brooklyn, New York solo and in pursuit of her dreams. Since then, she's been making quite the name for herself, and while we aren't the first to say it — truth be told, she's only getting started. PGS founder Aeshia DeVore Branch recently caught up with the rising superstar for a sister-to-sister chat about her thriving career. Hit the "play" button below to take a listen!

On what PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT means to her:

"It means that no matter who you are, you can be beautiful and still know how to get down in the gym and kill your workouts. Take your heels off, take your earrings off, and you’re gonna go and sweat it out like a badass girl."
