With our in-person sweat shows still postponed, we've created a four-week wellness series to for women who want to make fitness fun and make connections from the comfort of their home Each Wednesday during the month of November, our sweat sisterhood will be hopping online to break a sweat with some of the most popular fitness trainers and influencers as part of our Woman Crush Wednesday workout series.
On November 4, we officially kicked off the Woman Crush Wednesday workout series. Our first #PGSWCW event featured Master Trainer, Ashlee Whiteside, owner of PROJECTBODYTM. Before the sweat session began, sweat sisters were challenged to network with each other for the chance to win prizes.
PGS founder Aeshia DeVore Branch then hopped on the screen to welcome guests and give them a rundown of the event.
Whiteside then joined the digital fitness party to begin the workout. For 30 minutes, Whiteside guided attendees through her signature HIIT class that focuses on stimulating fat loss and improving strength and endurance. She was joined on screen by three PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT college chapter members who completed the workout alongside her.
Once the workout wrapped, attendees were able to cool down while listening to a sweat sister chat between Branch and Whiteside. During the conversation, Whiteside dished on how she was able to drop the 85 pounds she gained during pregnancy within three months.

To close out the event, sweat sisters were able to return to networking and make connections with women across the nation.
