Mentors included, radio personality and marketing maven, Simone “Boss Lady” Amelia, VH1’s Love & Hip Hop’s Tahiry Jose, ESSENCE Senior Health and Relationships Editor, Sharon Boone, Black Girls Code’s Donna Knutt, Balan Inc. co-founder, Michou St. Jules, Celebrity Nail Artist, Dawn Sterling, Dr. Afriye Amerson, Ernst & Young’s Erin Hajj, and Island/Def Jam digital marketing manager Christina Smith. Emerging Latin pop singer Veronica Vega also stopped by to inspire teen guests with her fitness story.
"PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT means that the fly girls take good care of themselves, that the fly girls are healthy, and they are not afraid to sweat," says Adrienne Bailon. "I think that is an amazing thing."
