With social distancing is becoming a part of our new normal, gyms have also temporarily shut their doors. But just because you can’t break a sweat in-person at your favorite fitness studio, doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still stay active.
You can keep up with your regular exercise habits by doing an at-home workout each day. Starting your day off with yoga or knocking out a cardio routine before dinner can help you maintain your health and boost your mood during this period of isolation.

At PGS fest 2018, Lashae -- who is known as the Queen of Hip Hop Tabata -- led a fun party-starting cardio workout. Every week, she’ll be taking her lit dance moves to IG Live with her “Quarantine Turn Up” sessions. Her next online workout is slated for Wednesday, March 25 at 7PM EST.
Gardenhire kept the momentum going at PGS fest 2019 with her innovative trap body blast workout. The personal trainer will be leading a virtual Zumba class on Friday, March 27 at 7:30 PM EST.
3. DJay Jackson
PGS founder Aeshia DeVore Branch is a frequent attendee of DJay Jackson’s high-energy dance fitness classes. He’ll be guiding you through his hype choreography on IG Live on Thursday, March 26 at 7PM EST.
Wilson describes herself as a “fit beast.” The personal trainer and fitness coach has begun offering 45-minute workout sessions on her IG Live and IGTV. You can break a sweat and burn calories with Wilson on Wednesdays at 7AM EST, Thursdays at 6PM EST, and Fridays at 7AM EST.
5. Amanda Paris
Amanda Paris and John Schaefer, co-founders of the wellness platform MNML Health, have decided to offer multiple digital workout classes each week. Up next on their class schedule? A total body workout going down on IG Live on Thursday, March 26 at 2PM PST and Friday, March 27 at 10 AM PST.

You can always count on Tone It Up to help you meet your fitness goals. The digital wellness community will be hosting live workout sessions on their IG Live every day. On Thursday, March 26, go hard during their 3:30PM PST ab and booty workout. You can join in on a 7AM PST yoga session and a 5PM PST barre sculpting class on Friday, March 27. Close out the week on Saturday, March 28 with a 7AM PST meditation.
