On episode 12, Rachel Pierre, a wife, and mom of one who has written for the Department of Homeland Security + members of Congress talks balancing fitness with spending quality time with loved ones and going after that dream job. As a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., she also gets real about the dos and don’ts of trying to join a Black Greek-letter Organization.

Throughout Aeshia and Rachel's 40-minute conversation, Rachel drops gems such as "Women are multifaceted and can follow their passions while still being great women, wives, moms, sisters, daughters, and friends," says Rachel.
