Janine The Machine's "High Places" EP Listening Party @ Vibe Ride

PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT teamed up with RedZone recording artist Janine The Machine for an unforgettable fitness experience at Vibe Ride in Atlanta, GA. The music video ride may have gone down last week, but I still remember it like it was yesterday.

Female executives, including Dina Marto (Twelve Studios), Narcis Alikhani (Atlanta Hawks), and music industry veteran and Silence The Shame Founder, Shanti Das, mentored through fitness by participating in a Career Conversations networking session with students from Spelman College, Georgia State University and Clark Atlanta University before breaking a sweat to audio and visual entertainment from Janine the Machine's debut EP "High Places.

Guests dedicated their time to GET FIT + GIVE BACK and raised $600 for teendiariesfoundation.org's health leadership and journalism scholarship programs for female students.

35 Sweat Sisters, including basketball player / host Christina "Ms. Basketball" Granville, brought the EP listening party to the pedal thanks to Coach Tuesday's lit choreography and refueled with addictive veggie wraps stuffed with peppers, mango, cilantro, and hummus prepared by nutritionist @livingwellwithzoe. And let me not forget our epic toast to the occasion with bubbly.

Missed it? Press play on the full recap below, which includes a snippet of Janine The Machine's song "Classy" featuring @jbarfromthe90s.

FOUNDER | Aeshia is living her dream. The social entrepreneur unites and empowers girls to be health leaders in their communities. The child obesity epidemic along with the void of entertaining yet positive fitness content and events for young women (ages 13-22) led to the conception and rapid growth of her passionate venture. Before creating Pretty Girls Sweat, Aeshia worked in the TV industry for over 9 years - working her way up from an intern at ABC to a producer on Sundance Channel's celebrated, primetime series ICONOCLASTS. The former high school athlete (track, volleyball, and basketball) and proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. was also a model for Wilhelmina in New York City. In her free time, the wife and mother of three girls enjoys reading inspirational books, listening to music, eating great food with friends, and enjoying the outdoors.
