GET FADED: Teyana Taylor’s No-Gym Required Fitness Program Could Help You Get a Body Like Hers

It’s been less than a year since songstress Teyana Taylor broke the internet after uploading a photo of her toned abs six days post giving birth to her daughter Iman (aka Junie). The jaw dropping photo almost surpassed the shock of her successful and emotional delivery of her daughter by her husband Cleveland Cavaliers player Iman Shumpert in their home's bathroom.

Never one to disappoint, the Harlem native had the world in awe again two months ago during the premiere of Kanye West’s “Fade” video at the VMAs and, lucky for us, she’s ready to share the fitness secrets that helped her achieve some major #BodyGoals.

Taylor took to Instagram to share the promotional video of her “Fade 2 Fitness” workout video, in which she appears covered in oil and dressed in attire similar to the "Fade" music video. "I'm proud to finally announce Fade 2 Fitness!!!,” she captioned. “Sign up to stay updated on upcoming dance workouts and behind the scenes footage of my workout choreography that I did to get back in shape after having baby Junie! Don't sleep on dance. The new year is around the corner so sign up, submit, and dance with me to get fit."

According to the program's website, the workouts will include dance routines that can be done in the comfort of your own home. “Everyone keeps asking me what I did to get my body,” Taylor wrote on the site, “If you want to know my secret, sign up to get more information on the upcoming dance fitness program and dance workout tour! ”
Although there is no word yet on the program's release date or cost, Fade 2 Fit sounds like a great opportunity to get in shape while having fun. Another great thing about “Fade 2 Fit” is that anyone can sign up, meaning you do not have to be a great dancer or in shape to benefit from the video.
