My winning photo was shot as a part of my new activewear collection! So excited to be debuting the full collection on @TrishAtelier this month!
Please briefly share your fitness journey with us.
My journey has been exhilarating. I was an athlete in grade school and a dancer/cheerleader in college, but I still had an unhealthy and uninformed relationship with fitness. I ate what I wanted and didn't take a fitness regimen seriously at all. It wasn't until after college that I started taking my journey seriously. I invested in a gym membership, and even though I had no idea what to do, I kept showing up for myself. Eventually, fitness didn't seem so scary. I learned to incorporate my grade school workouts into my daily fitness regimen, I educated myself on weight training, and with lots of trial and error finally broke the mold on how to transform my body! It was during that period of taking my wellness journey seriously that I adapted into being the woman that I always envisioned myself to be. I still have so many obstacles ahead of me in my journey, but being able to find my own identity through my fitness and help other people find their's is a reward well worth the challenges.
We believe fitness + friendship = FUN! What is your favorite group fitness workout?
I'm tied! I love group HIIT classes and cycling classes. They both wake me up with a jolt of energy, get me pumped, and bring the hustle out in me!
While working out is essential, so is eating the right foods. What is your go-to pre-workout meal? How do you refuel after a workout?
As a nutritionist, fueling my body with the right food is so vital. For a great pre-workout meal, I eat protein pancakes or oatmeal and fruit. Both are filling and fun! After my workout, I drink a protein shake. If that doesn't fill me up, I'm turning to steamed veggies and quinoa for a yummy alternative!
What is one item that is always in your gym bag?
A backup pair of earphones! Good music cultivates a space for an intense sweat session! Can't go without it!

What are your top three goals you hope to accomplish in life?
1. Increase my impact, leave kindness wherever I go, cultivate a space for people to feel comfortable being their authentic selves, and chasing their improvement!
2. Open fitness and wellness studios in multiple locations that encourage positive change in all aspects.
3. To create an annual fitness, health, and wellness retreat powered by the culture!
