ICYMI the gymnastics world championships wrapped up in Doha, Qatar on November 3. And yep, as you may have guessed it, Team USA's very own Simone Biles headed back home with a handful of well-deserved accolades to add to her impressive resume.
The 21-year-old Texas native swept the competition, winning several medals including: gold in the team final, all-around, and vault categories; bronze on the beam; and silver on the uneven bars. Not to mention, Biles accomplished this amazing feat — making her now a four-time world all-around champ — despite being in pain from a troublesome kidney stone, according to Today. Talk about #BlackGirlMagic, right?!
Since turning pro in 2015, she's earned her spot in American sports history and is currently the most decorated U.S. women's gymnast EVER.
