If you haven’t heard by now, Total Fitness Revolution's Xtreme Cycle class is "where the party meets the pedal"!
On February 4th, PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT invaded Total Fitness Revolution's Xtreme Cycle Launch sponsored by Aquafina, and it was all that and then some! This 16,000 square foot facility located in Mableton, GA attracted a full house of fitness enthusiasts, including "Dish Nation's" HeadKrack. A series of 30-minute cycling classes hosted by notable celebs including Angela Simmons, Aisha Baron (star of "Atlanta Plastic"), Maria More of Majic 107.5, media personality / Sporty Girls founder Rashan Ali, and celebrity hairstylist Nikk Nelson kept the fitness party going for hours.
Guys and gals sported T-shirts that represented each event partner and turned up when they joined the heart-pumping music video rides for which they registered. When fashion designer, philanthropist, and #SweatSister Angela Simmons arrived, she rocked cute fitness gear to compliment her beautiful post-baby body, a hot pink headband to keep her hair in check, and her warm, infectious smile that we have grown to know and love! She was ready to break a sweat with as many guests in the venue and to help motivate them.
Known for its high impact, group fitness training, as well as one-on-one personal training, Total Fitness Revolution has a unique offering of CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, Body Sculpting, HIIT, Boot Camp, Strength Training, and now Cycling! "We have the best music, the best instructors, the best facility, and just the best time," says Total Fitness Revolution Co-Owner Lauren Powers.
PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT hosted the "Bad and Boujee" hour with guests of all ages.
Moguldom Media Chief Creative Officer and Bossip.com CEO Marve Frazier stopped by to join the fun!
The girls who attended the event were all excited to have Simmons come through and work out with them. As 18-year-old Teen Reporter, Olivia put it, "It's very exciting to have Angela here hosting an event. And I love that she's not only a mom, but she's also an entrepreneur. And she takes pride in fitness. So she's the perfect candidate to be hosting the event." - Olivia, 17 (Teen Reporter)
After giving it their all on the bikes, guests enjoyed organic juices provided by Lucky Lotus and refueled on healthy snacks including Stacy's Pita Chips, Sabra Hummus, and fresh fruit and vegetables.
Guests also had the chance to take selfies and received some dope and very free natural hair products from Taliah Waajid. For more information, visit TotalFitnessRevolution.com and connect via social media on Instagram and Twitter @TotalFitnessRev and Facebook.com/TotalFitnessRevolution.
