5 Reasons Why You NEED To Attend PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT fest ATLANTA 2019

Imagine being surrounded by positive women and your favorite celebrities while getting to sample some of the coolest health experiences in town. That’s what you can expect at PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT fest Atlanta! On September 14th, we will be celebrating the third year of our ultimate sweat sisterhood festival. Yes, we said the ULTIMATE sweat sisterhood festival! And if you've made fitness fun with us before, you already know how we get down at our events. But if you’ve never attended one of our sweat shows, we’re highlighting just five of the many reasons why you need to be in the building at PGS fest in September.

1. You’ll have the chance to get fit and give back with 1000 women.

Every year, PGS fest gets bigger and better. In 2017, we made fitness fun with 500 women. In 2018, 700 women broke a sweat with us. And in 2019, we’re expecting to bring over 1000 inspiring women to Atlanta to workout. By joining us, you’ll have the chance to participate in the trendiest workouts like trap body blast and our SWEAT MAKES CENTS challenge, which raises funds for our childhood obesity prevention programs.

2. Your favorite fitness influencers will be in the building.

Every year, our guest list is filled with some of the top health and wellness leaders. From fitness influencer Lita Lewis to actress Elise Neal, you never know who you might spot walking around the Georgia Railroad Freight Depot. Who will be joining us this year? You can expect to mingle with sweatlebrities like Carmelita Jeter, Rashan Ali, and Christina Granville. Sounds like an A-list lineup to us! More guests will be announced soon.

3. Your workouts will be led by the coolest female trainers.

What’s a fitness festival without top-notch trainers? All of our sweat sessions will be led by female trainers from across the country who will motivate you from start to finish. Prepare to break a sweat and burn calories with celebrity trainer Jeanette Jenkins, Total Fitness Revolution co-owner Lauren Powers, and more.

4. Our sweat sisters can’t stop talking about their experience.

PGS fest is able to happen every September because women like YOU believe in our vision to create the ultimate sweat sisterhood festival to raise awareness for childhood obesity prevention. Many of our attendees have spoken about why they continue to join us every year:

“We exercised, laughed, cried, fellowshipped and meditated together. The women at the event all came together as 1...No judgment, JUST LOVE! Women of all colors and backgrounds came together to remain FIT, FINE & FABULOUS. NEXT YEAR I CLAIM 1000’s will be in attendance.” -@iammsbotalley

“PRETTY GIRLS SWEAT fest was so wonderful-- I love the organization’s mission of empowering, inspiring and pushing teen girls to be sweat leaders in their communities!” -@i_aleah

And guests have even documented their experience on YouTube! Get a glimpse of vlogger Vynnessa Alease’s day at PGS fest 2018 below:

5. We provide the best pre and post-workout bites to help you refuel after a sweat session.

After putting in work during the fitness classes at PGS fest, we know you’re going to want to take a moment to refuel and recharge. That’s why we always have plenty of food trucks and snack stations in our savor garden for you to enjoy. You’ll have the chance to try healthy options from Atlanta’s most popular restaurants. Last year, guests munched on goodies throughout the day from KIND snacks, King of Pops, and stayed hydrated with refreshing beverages from Hint Water.
