While the coronavirus has put a temporary pause on our gym workouts, we’ve been finding new ways to stay fit at home. These days, we’ve been making sure we remain active by tuning into IG Live workouts. Last week, Barry’s Bootcamp instructor Ingrid S. Clay and yoga teacher Jaimee Ratliff took over our Instagram page and guided us through high-energy, calorie-burning workouts.

But, we know many of our sweat sisters’ schedules don’t allow them to hop on Instagram while these live sessions are going down. That’s why we’ve rounded up five of the best workout routines on YouTube — we’re talking everything from booty boot camp to Hip Hop yoga — so you can break a sweat at-home anytime.

 

1. Booty Bootcamp (+Abs) with Ingrid S. Clay

If you're looking for an at-home workout that will light your abs and glutes on fire, look no further. Ingrid's Booty Bootcamp will burn calories, and her playlist will keep you motivated. Press play!

 

2. What Waist? With Keaira Lashae

Keaira Lashae makes fitness feel like a party. During this one hour HIIT session, you’ll work out your whole body with moves ranging from high knees to crunches. Lashae also serves up a killer playlist with tracks including “Knuck if You Buck” by Crime Mob and “Baby” by Da Baby and Lil Baby to help you stay lit and motivated.

 

3. Hip Hop Yoga with Jaimee Ratliff

In 2018, Jaimee Ratliff led over 700 Sweat Sisters in a Hip Hop Yoga flow at #PGSFEST2018. She hopped on our IG Live to deliver her signature yoga flow. All you need for this sweat sesh is a yoga mat/towel and water.

 

4. Full Body Sculpt with Tiffany Rothe

Fitness influencer Tiffany Rothe is delivering a routine that will sculpt your whole body. To amp up the impact of this workout, grab a set of weights. During her high-energy virtual class, Rothe uses one heavy (10-15 pounds) weight, one medium (4-5 pounds) weight, and one light (1-2 pounds) weight.

 

5. Cardio Dance Shake Off with Tasha B

Dance off those calories during this cardio workout led by fitness instructor Tasha B. Her 45-minute body-blasting routine is full of fun moves and is paired with a lively playlist.
